Structure and fees
- The league is capped at 36 players. Reserve your spot before registration is closed.
- League entry fee is $500, which must be paid in full before Game 1 to secure your spot in the league.
- The regular season includes 15 games with a $120 buy-in: $65 towards payouts, $55 towards year-end prizes and facility rent.
- The $55 portion of the buy-in is due no matter if you are playing in that game or not. All players must pay $55 for all 16 games, including the Championship/Wild Card game.
Prizes
- The regular season points leader wins a WSOP Main Event seat.
- The Championship Game winner wins the second WSOP Main Event seat.
- Both WSOP seat winners will receive $10,000 in cash plus $1,000 travel money, and will be required to enter the WSOP Main Event tournament in Las Vegas, NV.
- WSOP seat winners keep 100% of their first-level cash at the Main Event tournament.
- 25% of the WSOP Main Event winnings above the first-level cash will be distributed evenly between all 35 league players. The initial cash level of the tournament is not subject to the split.
- All 9 Championship Game participants will be awarded cash prizes.
Regular season games
- All season games start promptly at 6:30 pm. Late registration is open during the first 2 levels (40 minutes).
- Players start with $12,000 in chips, plus a $3,000 bonus if you are paid and in your seat before 6:30 pm.
- Blinds start at $25/$50 and go up every 20 minutes; the big blind ante starts at level 4.
- Each player may send a substitute player (2 times only) and let their chip stack blind off (1 time only). The full buy-in is required.
- Each player receives points based on their finish at each game of the season. The 12 best results out of 15 count towards points.
Championship game
- Players placed 2–7 in points throughout the season enter the Championship Game automatically.
- Players placed 8–36 play in the Wild Card Game, and the top 3 advance to the Championship Game.
- Players start the Championship Game and the Wild Card Game with chip stacks equivalent to the number of points they earned during the regular season.
- The three Wild Card Game winners advance to the Championship Game with 25% fewer chips than the 7th-place season finisher, or their regular season ending chip stack, whichever is greater.
- No substitute players are allowed for the Wild Card Game or the Championship Game.
Important note
The league is structured so that you can miss up to 5 regular season games out of 15 without your chances to win being affected. Read the rules carefully.
Even if you finish last in points, you are still playing for a WSOP seat and cash prizes, as well as your part of the 25% share in both players when they cash at the Main Event.
